STEP 6 – After you’ve cropped the photo, switch the order of the Background Layer and the Circle. The Background Layer will now appear on top of the shape and you won’t be able to see the circle anymore. Do this by selecting the Background Layer on the Layer tool bar (on the top right side of the screen) and then dragging it to the top so that it switches places with the shape layer.
