· When in Full Screen mode, macOS menu bar and the Dock are hidden. To invoke macOS menu bar, simply move your mouse cursor to the very top of the screen, the menu bar will appear in a second. Note: the same action works with Dock when moving the mouse to the screen bottom. Exit Full Screen. To exit Full Screen mode, do one of the following:
Click anywhere on your Windows desktop when Parallels is running in full-screen mode. Press the "Alt" and "Ctrl" keys on your keyboard at the same time and immediately let go. This will remove your mouse cursor from the Microsoft virtual machine and allow you to access the Parallels menu bar.

· Hi, My github desktop app is locked in full screen mode, after I selected "view"->"toggle full screen". When I try and exit full screen mode by pressing "alt", I can see the apps navigation menu where I can select "view"->"Toggle full screen" or press "f11" the app changes back to a windowed view from full screen view but the window is black and I can't click on anything.
